I have to do this HUUUUUGE project on sustainability, and I choose organic vs. non-organic.
Here are some interesting facts about the topic.....
A-organic vegetables have 40% more antioxidants than non-organic
B-organic milk has 60% more antioxidants than non-organic
C-non-organic foods can have fertilizers still on them, which can lead to autism, chronic illnesses, and more
D-most "organic" foods you buy at regular grocery stores are actually non-organic

BORING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo bored!!!!!!!!!
Why must there be nothing to do on this boring world! Ya, I know! My friend is over and I shouldn't be typing this, but this is the only thing keeping me from DYING from boredom! Not that my friend is boring, don't get me wrong there! THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR US TO DO!

Happy Valentine's Day! (Happy)
Dear readers,
Yeay! My best friend is coming over for a sleepover today! Yeay! It's all unicorns and rainbows from now on! Yeay! We might get to see Pink Panther 2! Yeay! I like pie! Yeay! I feel very random today! Yeay!
P.S. ( My friend sent me an email saying that if she could name a baby panda, she would name it Pink Lemonade Hammer. What is the logic with that?!)

Volleyball jam (not the sticky kind)
Dear readers,
The ball's coming in hard! Can she set that ball? She sets the ball and.........oh,no! Looks like she jammed her finger! Oh, what's this!? The coach is calling a timeout because of one player?! We'll roll the commercials while Force and #11 regroup themselves.
P.S. ( This is a true story, exept for the reporters. That girl who was trying to set was ME!!!!!!! And now my thumb is jammed, and I have a volleyball tournament on Saturday! &*@!$#^%?...... )

The wristonator (dun dun dun dun!)
Dear readers,
I have to do this one exercise for volleyball, and I call it the wristonator. It's a metal pole with a string going through it with a weight clipped to the end. I have to lift it up with just your wrists. Torture I tell you, torture!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-0 :-l :-( :-) :-P

School's coming back
Dear readers,
The day is here. The day that we have been dreading since the beginning of winter break. It's the last day of vacation! Why did it ever have to come! I have to go back to P.E. at 7:30 again! Why does life have to be so cruel! I'm going to die! Okay, so maybe i'm stretching the taffy a little, but the first day back ain't gonna be pretty. Listening to music can be comforting for me, but today it isn't cutting it. It can't believe it has come. I just wan't to play my Nintendo DS all the time without worrying about homework or science projects. Why!?!?
